Digital Knitting patterns are protected by copyright. Unauthorised copying, in any form, is illegal and represents a breach of this copyright. Purchase of Sirdar Digital Knitting Patterns is subject to the following terms and conditions of use:
Digital Patterns are made available for you to “purchase” from our Website in the form of an irrevocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable and non-sub-licenseable license which we will grant to you provided that you fulfil your duties under these Conditions including but not limited to provision of information and payment. You must not breach the terms of such license by copying, distributing, modifying, adapting or using the Digital Pattern in any way other than its intended purpose.
Notwithstanding the terms in these Conditions relating to Goods other than Digital Patterns, once downloaded, you shall not be able to cancel your order or “return” a Digital Pattern except in the case of a fault or defect. On purchase and prior to download, you will be prompted to acknowledge and accept that by downloading the Digital Pattern, you shall lose your consumer rights to cancel the order for such Digital Pattern(s).
In the case of a fault with a Digital Pattern, you must contact us within 30 days of purchase at zarelacustomerservices@outlook.com It is your responsibility to download the Digital Pattern and check for faults within this period. We will not be able to issue a refund after this time under any circumstances.
To the extent permitted by law, our liability to you in respect of any Digital Pattern shall be limited to the Order Price you paid for such Digital Pattern.
Our products are of the highest quality and we are sure you will be delighted. However, in the unlikely event there is a defect in the materials or workmanship of the products, we will replace the product, or provide a refund if no alternative product is available, if the returned product is received within 30 days from the day of purchase.
